After earning her BA from Brock University, Angela attended Sheridan College where she earned her Diploma in Sports Injury Management in 1994, followed by achieving Certified Athletic Therapist status in 2000.
While practicing as the trainer for competitive men's and women's rugby teams, and providing athletic therapy treatments at various Brampton clinics, Angela enrolled in the Massage Therapy Program at the Canadian Therapeutic College, graduating in 2002. Additionally, she is Bone Fit Certified, Rock Tape Certified, and is Fascial Movement Taping Certified.
